Recipe (Cycle 1): BUFFALO BLUE CHICKEN DIP

BUFFALO BLUE CHICKEN DIP (SERVED WITH CELERY)

2/3 cups Greek Yogurt
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
2 to 4 oz of low-fat Blue Cheese crumbles
4+ tbs Hot Sauce (add to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup chopped green onions
2 chicken breasts (cooked and shredded—you could also use a can or two of canned chicken)
Mix the ingredients together and refrigerate until ready to serve.  Eat as lettuce wraps and/or with celery sticks. 


**This was great at a football party we went to.  Other people, not on the diet, ate it and enjoyed it, too!
